Embody the magic and cultural extravaganza of kapa haka. A record 48 teams from New Zealand and Australia competed for the pinnacle of being crowned ‘the best of the best’. Over 20,000 avid kapa haka fans are expected to descend on Hastings for the biggest kapa haka show on earth. Over four days audiences experienced the best kapa haka in the world, tasted Maori and local delicacies and broughtMaori art, designer wear and jewellery. Te Matatini was a great success!
